Stand Up Paddle Boarding

While in the Vail Valley, try your hand at stand up paddle boarding! Control your own board and head down one of the many rivers throughout the valley. River guides will effectively teach stand up paddling techniques and river dynamics, as each paddler actively controls his or her board down river.

Portions of the river allows outfitters to hold clinics for younger children (8-12), as well as more challenging Class II rapids for older or more experienced paddlers.
