Day to Night Activites

Indulge yourself in culinary delights and world-class food from Vail to Gypsum or take in a culinary demonstration. From dining to dancing, you'll find an electric mix of after-hours events and activities happening valley wide. From hip hot spots to cool classics, the valley peaks with activity when the sun goes down and après starts.

Epicurean Delights: Check out dining and restaurant information here. No longer catering primarily to in-house guests, many of the Vail Valley's resorts have created signature restaurants that are destinations themselves. Don't miss new offerings such as Matsuhisa in Solaris, Flame at the Four Seasons, Block 16 at The Sebastian-Vail, Avondale at the Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon or Spago at the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch.

There are "old" favorites too, such as Ludwig's and the Swiss Chalet at the Sonnenalp Resort, Cucina Rustica at the Lodge at Vail, Grouse Mountain Grill at The Pines in Beaver Creek and 8100 at the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek, just to name a few.

Nightlife: Free concerts such as the Streetbeat Concert Series in winter and Bud Light Hot Summer Nights in summer, Concerts at the Beach in Minturn and ShowDown Town in Eagle in the summer are a great place to pack a picnic and meet up with friends. Numerous bars and clubs in the Vail Valley showcase everything including piano bars, comedy, cabaret shows, local artists and rising stars for both après and late night, winter and summer.

Culinary: Bring home the freshest, locally grown, organic ingredients from a host of Farmers Markets taking place throughout the summer in Eagle (Fridays), Minturn (Saturdays), Edwards (Saturdays) and Vail (Sundays). Colorado is known for its peaches, cherries, sweet corn, produce and more!
