Betty Ford Alpine Gardens

The Betty Ford Alpine Gardens are a public botanic garden curating a fully documented collection of high elevation plants. Explore and enjoy our stunning mountain garden situated high in the Rocky Mountains. In the shadow of Colorado's Gore Range, the assortment of perennial beds, rock gardens and waterfalls dramatically display an astonishing array of the world's most unique and beautiful high elevation plants.

Regularly Scheduled Summer Programs

Guided Tours - Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 10:30 am, $5 per person. Offered Memorial Day through Labor Day

Garden Volunteer Days - Mondays & Thursdays 9:00 am to Noon

Children's Program - Wednesdays 10:30 am, Recommended for ages 5 – 10. $5 per child. Offered in July and August

Yoga in the Gardens – Mondays & Fridays, 9:00-10:15 am, $12 per session. Come join Emily for a flowing Vinyasa yoga practice set in natures studio! The sounds of birds and waterfalls fill the air as you engage in a practice that invites more health happiness and integrity into your life, pose by pose and breath by breath. Seasoned yogis and complete beginners alike will find benefit in this unique experience of communing with nature through yoga. Emily will provide modifications and variations based on individual ability levels.

Art in the Gardens – Scheduled throughout the summer.

Chefs in the Gardens - Live cooking demonstrations from local restaurant chefs scheduled throughout the summer. $5 per person.
