Event Overview

As the only men’s World Cup stop in the United States, the Audi Birds of Prey Downhill has evolved into one of the world’s premier ski events. Beaver Creek is home to the formidable Birds of Prey racecourse, challenging an international roster of top athletes for three days of racing including Downhill, Super G and Giant Slalom. A festival atmosphere surrounds the on-mountain venue which is easily accessible, free and open to the public.

MEN'S DOWNHILL
November 30, 11:00am
Most exciting event in alpine ski racing! Racers attempt to be the fastest down the mountain through a minimum number of control gates. Bird’s Nest Festivities at the finish area will take place from 2011 World Cup Men's Downhill.

MEN'S SUPER G
December 1st, 11:00 am
A one-run event like the Downhill, but with more turns like the Giant Slalom. Bird’s Nest Festivities at the finish area will take place from 10 am - 4:30 pm.

MEN'S GIANT SLALOM
December 2nd, Run 1: 9:45 am, Run 2: 12:45 pm
The event requiring the most technical skill with the execution of many short, quick turns. Bird’s Nest Festivities at the finish area will take place from 9 am - 2:30 pm.
